Thorn Baker's Award-Winning client is looking for aSite Manager to join their expanding team. This house builder has an outstanding reputation for high quality standards. This is an opportunity to work on a brand-new development in Rotherham consisting of timber frame homes and maisonettes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage overall project delivery from inception to practical completion.
• Manage and liaise with both internal staff and external sub-contractors to ensure a smooth process.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing for all staff and visitors.
• Identify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, bearing the customer needs in mind.
• Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and report to management.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience from permanent employment as a Site Manager for a Housing Developer.
• SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid at Work, NVQ Level 6.
• Excellent knowledge of Timber Frame Construction.
• Full UK Driving License
