Sales Administrator / Office Support

***This is a temporary to permanent position with an immediate start***

Thorn Baker are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their client in the Sheepbridge area of Chesterfield. Our client specialise in the distribution of industrial valves and switchboxes and due to an increase in business, they are expanding operations and growing their team.

The Job:

Working in an office environment, your duties will include:

· Data entry

· Answering the phone and communicating with clients and manufacturers

· Taking and processing orders

· Booking orders into the internal bespoke CRM system

· General administration duties

About You:

· Previous experience in a sales administration position

· Friendly and polite with a great telephone manner

· Strong customer service skills

· Basic experience in using Office 360 and Microsoft Excel

· Familiarity with SAP for small businesses is highly beneficial

· Looking for long term, permanent work

Pay: £10.00 per hour
