Thorn Baker recruitment are Currently seeking a fleet Administrator to Join a reputable, family run Business in Chesterfield on a Temp to Perm basis.

The Job;

• Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm
• Pay Rate £11.50 per hour
• using Unique Fleet Software and on site Mobile services
• First Point of Contact for drivers and Clients
• Licence Checking
• Administration of Fleet activities (Company vehicles, hire vehicles, fuel cards, compliance, monitoring offences)
• Ensure all systems are up to date
• Liaise with leasing companies
• process ingoing and outgoing post
• deal with day to day queries

The Candidate;

• Able to manage multiple tasks and at times under pressure
• Have a strong customer service focus
• Work effectively as part of a team, but also under self direction
• have good IT skills in Email, Word and Excel
• Experience of using CRM
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
