Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for Assembly Operatives to work for a successful and rapidly expanding manufacting company in Ilkeston. Permanent jobs are available after a successful probation period for the right candidate.

The Job: 

• Permanent night shift - 22.00-06.00 Monday to Friday.
• Pay rate: £8.91 per hour for first 12 weeks before going upto £10.71 per hour after 12 weeks - overtime paid at premium rate.
• Moving and stacking pallets and parcels.
• Sorting and loading stock.
• Assemble, pack and label goods.
• Hand assembly.
• Assembling small parts.
• Working to production targets.
• Quality control.
• Manual welding.

About You:

• Reliability is a must.
• High level of attention to detail is key.
• Some previous assembly experience.
• Someone who is willing to learn with a can-do attitude.
• We can teach you everything else.
