Leeds City Centre - Temporary Contract (6 to 12 weeks)

£9.00 - £10.00 per hour

 

Are you looking for a short-term contract working in Leeds City Centre, 5 mins from the station?

 

Do you enjoy working in a busy office environment?

 

Key Duties

As well as front of house duties, including answering calls, welcoming guests and ensuring the office is presentable – you will be supporting a busy recruitment team:

  • Liaising with clients to obtain timesheets
  • Liaising internally with key contacts within the business including payroll and compliance
  • Providing assistance with CV formatting, client spreadsheets and recording confidential candidate information
  • Post – in and out
  • Petty Cash

You

The ideal candidate will be available to start from the w/c 9th December and have previous experience working in a busy office. You will be/have;

  • Microsoft Excel experience (essential)
  • Fantastic communication skills, with the ability to speak to a range of internal/external stakeholders
  • Outgoing and helpful – willing to go the extra mile for the team
  • Organised and efficient
