Thorn Baker is currently recruiting for experienced Customer Service Administrators to join a logistics company based in Hucknall.

Primary responsibilities

  • Input orders onto WMS system
  • Manage orders on WMS system
  • Arrange deliveries to customer destinations
  • Handle queries
  • Liaise with customers
  • Work with other internal departments
  • Any other duties required

  • Hardworking and enthusiastic
  • Good organisational skills, methodical and work well under pressure
    • Discretion when handing confidential information
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Ability/desire to learn other areas of responsibility
    • Ability to work with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
    • Able to prioritise workload and work to time frames

Qualifications

  • *5 GCSEs including English and Maths

or equivalent qualifications gained oversees
