Customer Service Administrator

Our client is based in Meridian Business Park, Leicester and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

This role has no end date as it is to cover someone currently absent from the business with no return date set so the successful applicant, needs to be aware of this before applying.

The role is an immediate start so you need to be available to start straightaway

You will be working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm from their offices - there is no option for remote working.


Your duties will be to provide general administration duties to the main office along with to their customers.

So will include:

  • Data Entry
  • Sending/Replying to emails
  • Entering orders on system
  • Printing of orders and general paperwork
  • Speaking to customers on the telephone (non sales)
  • Reporting to management and helping rest of the office with anything required
  • Dealing with any queries


You will need to have a good telephone manner and be good with general microsoft programs like outlook, word etc
