Customer Service Advisor

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for Customer Service Advisors to work in a Customer Service Office for a known e-commerce homeware brand in Syston, Leicester.

Permanent job potential after a successful period for the right candidate.

The Job:

• Working in a Call Centre environment dealing with incoming customer queries

• Review, maintain and action system tasks to deal with any supply or order issues

• Process payments and refunds

• Deal with customers via phone and email

• Keep paperwork up to date

• Other general office duties are assigned and in line with business requirements

• You will be working 8 hours per day

• Work will be 5 days out of 7 so flexibility is needed if working weekend and will be on a rota.

About You:

• Previous customer service experience is essential

• Call centre or Retail experience would be an advantage

• Good telephone manner

• Determined to offer excellent customer service

• Experience with Zendesk/CRM/Stock Systems would be an advantage

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Capable of working independently and prioritise workload

• Working hours flexibility
