Thorn Baker are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to work for a company based in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire 

Role 

  • Dealing with customer accounts and use of company systems (training provided)
  • Communicating relevant information to various departments
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound phone calls and emails 
  • Downloading orders and printing for the warehouse

About the Candidate 

  • Customer focused and capable of multi-tasking
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Good eye for detail, with written and oral communication skills
  • You must be computer literate including use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in a warehouse or factory environment would be desirable

Hours 

General office hours Monday to Friday
