Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are currently working with a well-established client in Loughborough. We are looking for machine minders and production line packers to work in a busy food warehouse. There is an opportunity of permanent employment following the completion of a successful trial period. 

About the job: 

• Monday - Friday
• Full time shifts: 6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm
• £9.50 - £10.75 per hour

Job responsibilities:

• Working on the production line 
• Packing, labelling, feeding materials into machinery
• Communicating and planning workload with the team of operators and mangers
• Ensuring production is running smooth and efficient
• Maintaining machinery and reporting faults
• Some mixing of ingredients to form products
• Heavy lifting with bulk products
• Adhere to strict health and safety policies and procedures
