Our client is looking for experienced Warehouse Forklift Drivers to work in their Warehouse based at Grove Park, Leicester, LE19.

You must have experience of working in a warehouse using either a Reach or Counterbalance forklift

This job is a guaranteed permanent job based on your performance after 12 weeks and you will be eligible for additional benefits once you become a full time employee

Basic Pay: £10.71 per hour for weeks 1-3 then £11.21 after week 3

Overtime Pay: £16.06 per hour for weeks 1-3 then £16.81 per hour from week 3 0 overtime is paid after 37.5 hours or Fridays and Saturday

Pay once permanent: £11.21 per hour

Bonus once permanent: You are eligible for company performance bonus and profit share bonus too

Hours of Work: Night Shift - Sunday to Thursday 2200-0600

Location: Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester. LE19

Duration: Temp to Perm

The Job Role:

• Operating either a Reach or Counterbalance Forklift
• Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Moving pallets around the warehouse
• Putting pallets away into set locations
• Other general warehouse duties are required too

The ideal candidate:

• Have a decent level of English as English is the preferred language to be used in the warehouse at all times
• Have some previous experience in a warehouse environment either as an order picker or as a forklift driver
• You do not need a valid licence - if you have in house or expired licence - you can receive assessment and be signed off to use in house
