This role is for a Foot-mobile Maintenance Engineer based in London to work for a leading FM provider who are constantly winning new contracts, and who are committed to developing employees to help grow in their own career.

The role

You'll be working on blue chip commercial sites which are largely based in central London, you will see yourself visiting one/two sites daily. Your position will involve some pre-scheduled PPMS, but there will also be lots of opportunity to get involved on the more exiting reactive maintenance and some minor install work.  

What's required?

• You'll need to be a fully qualified Engineer - must hold an electrical or mechanical qualification
• Demonstrable experience working in the building services sector for a period of time - ideally you will have around 3- 4 years
• A flexible can-do attitude to work that you undertake
• Comfortable building client relationships

Any addition qualifications such as FGas or C&G Plumbing or Testing and Inspection would be highly desirable for this role.
