Thorn Baker are currently recruiting for a temporary to permanent Administrator to work for a small family run business based in Langley Mill, Derbyshire

Ideally you would be able to cope when busy but also able to work in a relaxed office environment during quieter periods 

The Role

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with emails 
  • Filing paperwork
  • Organisation of the database
  • Following up quotes with customers
  • Carrying out health and safety paperwork
  • Spreadsheet entry 
  • General office duties including tea and coffee making

About the Candidate

  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Must be computer literate
  • Good eye for detail 


General office hours Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 4.30pm

Own transport is not essential as there are various transport links within walking distance of the business
