Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for an experienced Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join our successful client in the Langar area of Nottingham


  • Monday to Friday 9-5
  • £20,000-£23,000 dependant on experience
  • Full time, permanent work for the right candidate

Job Role:

  • To respond to telephone/email queries from dealers and employees on all matters relating to Order Fulfilment
  • To communicate and resolve issues surrounding Complete Goods orders, product availability and shipments
  • The ordering of replenishment inventory for the warehouse
  • Analysing sales and forecasting future demand of warehouse replenishment orders
  • To execute daily machine build planning schedule
  • General administrative duties
  • Reporting to the Order Fulfilment Manager

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Proficient IT skills including a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • The ability to build and maintain great relationships
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work with your own initiative
  • Educated to a minimum of A levels or equivalent, a degree in business/management related subject or equivalent or relevant work experience
  • Live locally to Langar or have own transport
