Due to an increase in business, Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are in search of a part time Sales Administrator to join a busy, family run business in Mansfield Woodhouse, on a temporary to permanent basis.
About the Role:
Working in a close knit team, the ideal candidate will be learning every aspect of the business, duties will include the following:
- Answering the phone to customers and dealing with queries
- Taking orders from customers
- Liaising and placing orders with suppliers
- Generating, sending and processing invoices
- Assisting with recruitment
The selected candidate will have the following:
- A friendly persona with great telephone manner
- Experience in working in an office environment
- Previous customer service skills are beneficial
- Looking for a long term, eventually permanent position
- Willingness to learn and be part of a growing team
- Computer literate, with GCSE's in Maths and English grace C or above
- Able and happy to work 5 days a week
