Thorn Baker are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator for a payroll company based in Nottingham city center.
- Printing Emails and distributing to team
- Opening post and distributing to team
- Assisting with Payroll Validation (checking time sheets have been input correctly)
- Franking Post
- Registering new clients on HMRC website
- Scanning paperwork to a document management system
- Responding to general inquiries from clients
- Updating tax code and student loan notices
- Answering calls
The role will be Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
