Thorn Baker are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator for a payroll company based in Nottingham city center.

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Printing Emails and distributing to team
  •  Opening post and distributing to team
  •  Assisting with Payroll Validation (checking time sheets have been input correctly)
  •  Franking Post
  •  Registering new clients on HMRC website
  •  Scanning paperwork to a document management system
  •  Responding to general inquiries from clients
  •  Updating tax code and student loan notices
  •  Answering calls

The role will be Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
