*Temp to Perm role for people experienced in production*

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are working with a bespoke footwear manufacturer in Dronfield, who are looking to add a Machine Operative / Production Operative to their team!

Working hours for this role are 07:30-16:30 Monday – Thursday, 07:30-12:30 Friday.

Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Using handheld tools and equipment to make products from scratch
• Working with lots of different materials
• Operating machinery to create components for the products being made
• Assembling final product
• *Please note - some production experience is essential to be considered for this role*

As an ideal candidate, you would:

• Have a keen eye for detail
• Be precise and accurate in your work
• Be able to pay attention to fine details

This is a temporary to permanent role, and a great opportunity to join a bespoke manufacturing company who invest time and training into their staff! Hourly rate is £10.42 with increased rates of pay offered for industry specific experience.
