Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are currently working with a prestigious client that require a Production Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Highlights

-          Weekly rotating shifts between mornings and afternoons (will also involve working 1 Sunday out of 3 with day off in lieu given during the week)

Duties

-          Assisting the Production Manager to ensure orders are completed on time and to the highest standard

-          Taking responsibility for the manufacturing environment in the absence of the Production Manager

-          Completing production paperwork

-          Liaise with different departments to ensure quality issues are kept to a minimum and rectified in a timely manner

-          Help with the training of staff and ensuring that they are following company guidelines
