Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are searching for an experienced Administrator to join one of our key clients on a permanent basis.
With innovation at the core of their business, our client are a market leader in sourcing and providing glass and tableware into the hospitality industry. Their products are sourced from around the world and the selected candidate for this position will be responsible for their main European suppliers and accounts.
Working within the purchasing department, dealing with the main European supplier, the job duties will include:
- Order processing
- Shipments and transport organisation
- Data control
- Issues lists and follow ups
- Weekly reviews
- Chasing confirmations and updating internal tracking systems
The ideal candidate for this position will need to be extremely organised, other attributes include:
- The ability to work with large amounts of data - our client has over 4,500 products in their range
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Working in a fast paced environment with daily deadlines to meet
- Previous account management / customer service skills are beneficial
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
