The Job:

• Work for a well established company that will look great on yout CV
• Stable day shifts (7:30 - 15:30 Monday to Thursday and 7:30 - 15:00 Friday)

• Operate tractor and trailers to provide loading and tipping support for other grounds maintenance works
• Use of tractor and the full range of associated implements to undertake landscape and maintenance work
• Receive instructions from the Grounds Maintenance and Arboricultural Manager/Assistant Grounds Maintenance Manager relating to the work programme for tractor operatives and other gardening duties.
• Gang/Flail mowing of parks, open spaces and other landscaped areas
• Use tractor front mounted loaders to undertake relevant grounds maintenance work
• Undertake daily checks on all plant, machinery and vehicles. Complete all vehicle logs/reports and report defects
• Maintain all machinery used in connection with the work in a clean and serviceable condition. Set up machinery prior to use to ensure safe effective operation
• General Grounds Maintenance including all routine, horticultural and maintenance tasks. You will be required to use all standard horticultural equipment together with powered hand tools and light plant.

About You:

• You have a full clean UK driving licence
• You have full Tractor Licences
• You are available to start work immediately
• You are available for induction
• You have Grounds maintenance experience, although not essential
