Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Experienced Administrator to work for our busy client based in Syston.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 07:45 - 16.45.
A flexible approach to working hours, to be able to prioritise a demanding workload, is required. There is requirement to work overtime on an occasional basis.
Salary: £9.25 per hour
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Operate stock control system, i.e. Landing, picking confirming order
· Collate and match up paperwork, produce delivery documentation and bespoke carton labels for carrier and freight identification
· Update Client’s despatch logs
· To update stock records via excel spread sheets and Locate-IT warehouse management system
· Develop and maintain effective working practices within the office environment.
· Ensure telephones are answered promptly for all external and internal calls and action requests as necessary or route calls to the appropriate person.
· Carry out any other duties deemed appropriate which may arise with the development of the role.
· To work closely with Client Co-ordinators and Managers to apply current administration processes.
