A Quality and Customer focused House Builder based in Edinburgh, are growing the team this year due to new exciting projects across East Scotland. We are looking for a Senior Sales Advisor with experience selling new build properties to join our team and progress up the ranks within our business. If you are a Sales Advisor looking to step up, or a Senior Sales Advisor looking for a change, this would be a great opportunity for you to join our established and supportive team.

Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee the sales process for new build properties
• Provide excellent customer service to potential buyers
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote new developments

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years selling new build properties either from a house building or estate agency background.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of the property market
