Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced supervisor to join our well-established client in Loughborough.

Job Details:

• 7am-4pm (overtime available during busy periods) 
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends or bank holidays 
• Salaried between £27-28k per annum

Job Involves:

• Overseeing a small team including team leaders to ensure maximum productivity and deadlines are met
• Working on production plans, managing staff numbers, length of jobs, production and shipping deadlines
• Working with senior management to create future plans, plan for any potential obstacles and review previous work

About You:

• Experienced in a supervisory/management position and comfortable leading a team 
• Previous experience with production planning within the manufacturing sector
• Looking for a new role with progression
